Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
 
Returns 
 

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it.
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and complete with all parts and components included.
 You must notify us of your intention to return the goods as soon as possible as no returns will be accepted without prior notification.

 Each item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds 
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item safely.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Only the cost of the items themselves will be refunded, the shipping costs will be deducted and paid for by the customer.
 
Shipping 
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items to us.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable and all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
 If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things change and you may have to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case so we can stop production. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation fee of 10% of total order value which is in place to cover the fees which we incur through payment transactions and cost of materials.  Refunds will be made within 7 working days from our confirmation of cancellation.
