ONLINE ORDERS

• Do you deliver to outside of the UK?

We have just introduced delivery to mainland Europe for our Rear Window Storage Boxes, Curtains and Toilet Storage Boxes. Due to shipping restraints the boxes will be delivered flat packed and will need to be assembled yourself. Instructions will be provided and we are in the process of making a video showing assembly too to help further. Curtains will be sent ready to install same as in the UK. At present our Conversion Kits & swivel seats are not available to order for delivery outside of the UK but we are looking into this for the immediate future.

* Will your products fit into European vehicles?

Our products are designed to fit inot standard UK Citroen Berlingo and Peugeot Partner Mk2 version vehicles. They will not fit into left hand drive vehicles.

• I am in Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands, do you deliver to me?

We have encountered a few problems with deliveriesto Northern Ireland since leaving the EU as it has implemented more paperwork for customs clearance. We are looking into a solution but at present only our Window Boxes and Curtains can be shipped to Northen Ireland. With the Highlands it can sometimes incur extra charges for delivery to more remote areas, if you are looking to place an order and live in the Highlands please drop us an email with your postcode and we can check whether our courier will deliver to you.

• Will I get fitting instructions with my order?

All orders will be sent out with fitting instructions to help and guide you. We are in the process of updating our instructions and are also putting them up online for the convenience of our customers. Fitting instructions for our Curtains are now available to download here.

• How will my order be delivered?

Smaller items such as curtains or window boxes are sent out by Fed-Ex fully insured and trackable delivery. Conversion kits are sent out via a specialist pallet courier company again fully insured and trackable.

• Can I make any changes to the conversion kits such as remove the scatter cushions or have a different colour?

I am afraid not, the conversion kits are designed to be sent out as a package and are not customizable.

• What size gas bottle do I need for the burner?

You will need a CampinGaz 907 for a double burner and a CampinGaz 904 for a single burner.

• Will I get instructions on how to wire everything up?

Yes we will send out fitting instructions with every conversion kit.

• Can I order any extras from you such as an awning or toilet?

Due to the fact we only convert customers or our own vehicles to order we don't tend to hold much stock.

• Do you have a Returns Policy?

Yes we certainly do, you can read it here.

IN HOUSE CONVERSIONS

• How long do your in house conversions take?

A standard in house conversion on a Berlingo takes between 7-10 days.

• How long is the wait time for booking in a vehicle to be converted?

Bookings for in house conversions are usually taken 3-4 weeks in advance. We can sometimes have availability the following week,

so call us on 01323 811455 to find out when the next available slot will be.

• Can you convert Wheelchair Adapted Vehicles into micro campers?

Wheelchair adapted cars can be converted but there is additional work that needs to be done to them and of course an additional charge for this work to be done.

Wheelchair adapted cars need to have the ramp and wheelchair flooring taken out and a new floor put into place. It will take an additional 2-3 days work and an additional cost

of an extra £600-790 on top of the normal conversion price. Current in house conversion prices can be seen on our website price list page here
Conversions normally take a week but for a WAV to be converted it will take 10-14 days to convert.
If you purchase a wheelchair adapted car it will also mean that the camper units cannot be taken in and out and the rear seating put back in as it can be with a normal car

conversion (2008-2018 models).

• Will I be shown how to lay the bed out when I come back to collect my vehicle?

Yes we are always happy to show you how everything works when you come to pick up your vehicle.

• Will someone show me how to take the units in or out?

Yes absolutely.

* * * * * * *

• What size gas bottle do I need for the burner?

You will need a CampinGaz 907 for a double burner and a CampinGaz 904 for a single burner.

• Will I get the chemicals needed with the porta-potty included in my in house double conversion?

You will need to purchase your own chemicals for your porta-potti seperately. They are easy to source and most campsites will sell them on site.

• How do we go about booking our car in to be converted by you?

Give us a call on 01323 811455 and we can advise you when the next available conversion slot is and get you booked in.

• Do we have to pay a deposit to book our car in to be converted?

Yes, a 35% deposit will be required to book in your car to be converted.

• Do you undertake any custom or bespoke work? I have my own motorhome that I would like some work done to it?

Unfortunately no we are not undertaking any custom or bespoke jobs at the moment.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

• Are you still doing pop up roofs?

Pop up roofs are currently on hold due to our current heavy workload. We are hoping to bring them back later next year.

• Do the Conversion Kits fit into a Berlingo van or wheelchair adapted car too?

No sorry, our conversion kits will only fit into standard Citroen Berlingo or Peugeot Partner Mk2 cars.

• Do you have a showroom?

I am sorry no we don't have a showroom.

• Can we come and see you at your workshop to see your conversions?

Visits are welcome but we ask that they are strictly by appointment only so we can ensure there is someone available to asisst you.
